Dig Diary for Enclosure (Trenches 16 & 17) 31st January 2009

The dig diary for the first day of excavating in the unclosure (trenches 16 & 17) is attached. An exciting day was had in the trenches with trench 16 looking good and trench 17 looking not quite as good. Please read the attachments and feel free to comment.
