CAYA 2009/ 2010
Welcome back to our CAYA members. We hope you have had a fabulous summer and are ready for another year at Caer Alyn.
We have some new exciting ideas for this year which will be learning about the heritage and conservation of Caer Alyn’s unique site. This will involve all of the members to find out the different trees and plants that can be found as well as taking part in the archaeology with the adult volunteers. Hopefully we will have opportunities to take part in some experimental archaeology too. We will be visiting Poulton, a multi – period site, this September as well as one or two other places to be planned for 2010.
The dates for this year up to Christmas are:
Saturday 12th September 2009
Saturday 10th October 2009
Saturday 14th November 2009
Saturday 5th December 2009
Please remember to wear sensible foot wear, bring coats and other clothes to keep you warm as autumn is here!
