Dates for CAYA 2010/2011

Dear CAYA Members,
Karen, Kirsty, Phil and I wish you a very good summer holiday! Just to let you know that the next session will be on September 25th 2010. We are hoping that the Romans will come and see us again as well as continuing with looking at the heritage and conservation of the Caer Alyn site during the autumn. We will finish the trench CAYA has been working on which means that, hopefully, that you all will have the opportunity to do some photography, drawing and other archaeological activities that will help to explain what is going on in the trench! We will need, as well, to look at the young oak seedlings we planted last autumn which have been nibbled by horses and possibly replant with new ones!
The older members will be starting to plan the Young Roots project with the help of the volunteers of Caer Alyn. So there will be lots to do next September on – please join us!
